CANDLE CARE & SAFETY

We love our customers, so please remember the following tips for the most enjoyable use of our candles.

Trim the wick to 1/4 of an inch each time you light your candle. A smaller flame means a longer lasting candle.

Wax has memory. It is best to burn your candle for four hours the first time. This will allow the wax to melt evenly and prevent tunneling. After that, burn no longer than three to four hours at a time.

Before wax solidifies after burning, check that the wick is in the center of the candle for next lighting. If necessary, carefully reposition the wick while the wax is soft.

Never leave a candle unattended. Keep away from children and pets.

Always extinguish before going to sleep or leaving your home.

Keep candle away from flammable items; curtains, bedsheets, hairspray to name a few.

    OTHER HELPFUL TIPS:

  • Always burn candles away from drafts to prevent flareups.

  • Extinguish the candle when the wax level reaches 1/3 of an inch from the bottom.

  • Remember that the container can become hot with extended use. Handle with care.
