Return & Exchange Policy
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within a week of delivery. We will happily exchange the candle(s) for another or refund the cost of the candle(s).
If you receive a handmade candle and the scent is not what you expected, it may be exchanged within 2 weeks. Any returned products must be unused.
